In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "slot16" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at https://slot16.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, all of which are incorporated by reference.

• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone referenced in all Platform communications and operational schedules.

To register an account and use the slot16 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

slot16 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the slot16 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or equivalent).
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Mobile telephone number registered in your name.
• Bank account or e-wallet details matching your registered identity, for the purposes of deposit and withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. slot16 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. slot16 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, subject to the return of any undisputed real-money balance to the Player following the completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the slot16 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. slot16 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50,000 against the Account Balance after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Individual promotions may carry higher or lower requirements, which are disclosed at the point of offer.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

slot16 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers may temporarily affect Platform availability. slot16 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate planned maintenance via the Platform's official channels.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit slot16's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by slot16's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

slot16 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slot16 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and slot16 arising from these Terms & Conditions or from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through slot16's internal complaints procedure. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
